For cookies, simply mix the blend with butter and an egg, roll out the dough and cut 10‑cm cookies. For a lactose‑free version, replace the butter with seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed. For apple pie, line a 22–24 cm springform with the dough, fill with apples, raisins and cinnamon, and finish with a classic lattice top. The result is a beautifully golden pie with a soft, slightly crumbly texture.
