Soezie Spiced Speculaas Cookie Mix 400 g

For irresistible speculaas cookies with a rich, spiced aroma. This mix contains a carefully selected blend of spices that deliver an authentic and unique flavour experience.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, cane sugar, brown sugar, 2.1% speculaas spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, mace, ginger), raising agent: sodium carbonates, salt, naturally caramelised sugar, wheat malt flour, flour improvers: ascorbic acid and enzymes.

Preparation (by hand):

1. Place the mix in a bowl.
2. Add diced butter.
3. Add the egg and knead into a firm, homogeneous dough.
4. Wrap in cling film and chill for 30 minutes.
5. Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough.
6. Cut out cookies using cutters or a glass.
7. Place on baking paper or a greased tray.
8. Bake for 18 minutes at 175 °C.
9. Cool on a wire rack until crisp.
