The Brand New Cake Marzipan Natural 1:2 – 500 g is a premium, ready‑to‑use marzipan with a rich almond flavour and smooth texture. Prepared using the traditional Lübecker warm method, this marzipan is exceptionally elastic, less prone to tearing and stays soft for longer compared to cold‑method marzipan.
With its 1:2 ratio (1 part almonds, 2 parts sugar), it offers the ideal balance between sweetness and almond intensity. Perfect for covering cakes, modelling decorations, shaping figures, flowers, borders and all types of fine pastry work.
The natural colour makes it easy to tint using gel colouring. Apply the colour in the centre and knead it through for an even tone. Wearing gloves is recommended.
Optimal working temperature: 20–22°C Storage: airtight, at room temperature (15–20°C).
