– 500 g De Bakzolder Bundt Cake Mix
– 300 g butter
– 250 g eggs (approx. 5 medium eggs)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan 145°C). Grease a bundt tin and dust with flour.
Soften the butter in a large bowl.
Add the mix and eggs, then beat for 3 minutes on medium speed until smooth and airy.
Pour the batter into the tin and smooth the top.
Bake for 55 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
