The mix is easy to prepare, whether you use a bread machine or knead the dough by hand. For bread machine preparation, simply add 500 g mix and 300 ml water, then follow your machine’s programme for a warm, freshly baked loaf. For manual preparation, mix the ingredients and knead the dough for 20 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 45 minutes, shape the dough, allow a second rise of 30 minutes, and bake at 210°C (fan 200°C) for about 30 minutes. Small rolls bake in 10 minutes at 200°C (fan 190°C).
