De Bakzolder Mango/Apricot Bavarois – 100 g

Simply mix the powder with lukewarm water, fold it into whipped cream and allow it to set in the refrigerator. The result is a silky, stable bavarois with a bright, exotic taste. For a fresher, lighter variation, replace half of the cream with quark. Store the mix in a cool, dry place to maintain optimal quality.

Ingredients:
sugar, glucose, gelatine, mango, citric acid, natural flavouring, colouring fruit and plant extract (carrot, turmeric), apricot pieces, salt.

Preparation:

• whip 500 ml unsweetened cream to soft peaks.
• Mix 100 g powder with 100 ml lukewarm water.
• Fold into the cream and let set in the refrigerator.
