Ingredients:
sugar, glucose, gelatine, raspberry pieces, citric acid, raspberry powder, colouring fruit and plant extract, natural flavouring, salt.

Preparation:

• whip 500 ml unsweetened cream to soft peaks.
• Mix 100 g powder with 100 ml lukewarm water.
• Fold into the cream and let set in the refrigerator.
