Ingredients:
Wheat flour, wheat sourdough powder, tomato pieces, dextrose, vegetable fat powder (palm), wheat gluten, soy flour, dry yeast, wheat malt flour, salt, 1% olives, herbs, improvers: ascorbic acid and enzymes.

Bread machine preparation:
Measure mix and water, place in the pan, select a 2–4 hour program and press Start. Cool on a rack.

Hand preparation:
Knead 20 min by hand or 10 min with a stand mixer. Let rise 40 min, shape, let rise again until doubled, then bake 30 min at 220°C.
