Tasty Me Sugar-Free Fudge Brownies Mix 300 g

Bake deliciously rich and fudgy brownies with the Tasty Me Sugar-Free Fudge Brownies Mix 300 g. The brownies have a full chocolate flavour and a soft, fudgy texture, while the mix is also sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free.

Perfect with coffee, as a dessert or whenever you fancy a chocolate treat. Enjoy them as they are or add nuts or pieces of sugar-free chocolate for an extra indulgent finish.

The dry mix is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. However, the standard preparation uses eggs, so the prepared brownies are not vegan.

You will need:
300 g Tasty Me Fudge Brownies Mix
2 eggs
55 ml water
90 g vegetable oil, such as sunflower, rapeseed or soya oil

Method:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 165–170°C and grease an approximately 20 x 20 cm baking tin.

Briefly mix the oil, eggs and water. Place the brownie mix in a separate bowl and add the wet ingredients. Beat for 45–60 seconds until smooth.

Spread the batter evenly in the tin and smooth the top. Bake for 18–22 minutes at 165–170°C.

For deliciously fudgy brownies, a skewer inserted into the centre may still have a few moist crumbs attached. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting.

According to Tasty Me, the mix is produced in a gluten-free facility and contains less than 20 mg/kg (20 ppm) gluten.
