De Bakzolder Cheesecake Mix 500 g

For the base, combine the apple pie mix, Zeeuwse flour, butter and egg into a smooth dough. Roll it out to about 4 mm thickness and line a greased baking tin. This firm, slightly sweet crust forms the ideal foundation for the creamy cheesecake filling.

To prepare the cheesecake filling, mix the egg, water and cream, then dissolve the cream cheese completely in this mixture. Add the De Bakzolder Cheesecake Mix and blend for 3 minutes on low speed, followed by 1 minute on medium speed, making sure not to incorporate too much air. Pour the filling into the prepared tin and smooth the top for a clean result.

Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes, then allow it to cool gently to achieve the perfect texture and flavour.
