De Bakzolder Quark–Yoghurt Bavarois – 100 g

This mix delivers a smooth, airy texture with a clean dairy flavour, thanks to quark powder and yoghurt powder. The result is a light, refreshing bavarois that works beautifully as a standalone dessert or as a refined filling for cakes and pastries.

Simply mix the powder with lukewarm water, fold it into whipped cream and allow it to set in the refrigerator. The bavarois becomes silky, stable and pleasantly fresh. Store the mix in a cool, dry place to maintain optimal quality.

Ingredients:
sugar, skimmed quark powder (milk), dextrose, modified starch (E1414), gelatine, yoghurt powder (milk), flavouring, acid (E330), salt.

Preparation:

• whip 500 ml unsweetened cream to soft peaks.
• Mix 100 g powder with 100 ml lukewarm water.
• Fold into the cream and let set in the refrigerator.
