Tasty Me Sugar-Free Raspberry Flavor Cake Mix 300 g

Bake a soft and light cake with a fresh raspberry flavour with the Tasty Me Sugar-Free Raspberry Flavor Cake Mix 300 g. The mix is gluten-free, sugar-free and lactose-free, making it a delicious choice for fruity cakes and cupcakes.

The fresh raspberry flavour makes this cake perfect with coffee, as a dessert or as the base for a celebration cake. Enjoy it as it is or combine it with a creamy topping, fresh fruit or raspberries.

You will need:
3 eggs
45 ml water
105 g vegetable oil, such as sunflower, rapeseed or soya oil

Method:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Place the eggs and water in a mixing bowl and mix briefly. Add the cake mix and whisk for 2 minutes until smooth. Add the oil and mix for another 1–2 minutes until fully incorporated.

Pour the batter into a greased 18–20 cm cake tin or divide it between cupcake cases.

Bake cupcakes for 18–22 minutes or a cake for 25–30 minutes. Check with a skewer; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Allow to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
